Terms & Conditions

When accepting the mutually agreed date for services (eg. Performance Verification, Electrical Safety Testing, Body Protected Electrical Area Certification/Inspection), you agree to the following:

• Our default payment terms are 14 days after the supplied invoice date (unless you are on different terms, via a service contract with Biomedics)
• Services Rates: (unless you are on different rates, via a service contract with Biomedics)
  • Time on Site
    • Mo-Fri (excluding public holidays), 8am – 5pm – $165/h excl GST
    • Mo-Fri, 5pm – 8am, weekends & public holidays – $330/h excl GST
  • Travel Time
    • Mo-Fri (excluding public holidays), 8am – 5pm – $165/h excl GST
    • Mo-Fri, 5pm – 8am, weekends & public holidays – $330/h excl GST
• Body Protected Electrical Area Annual Routine Inspections – Above rates apply
• Body Protected Electrical Area Certification – $300 excl GST per room, excluding travel time. (Entitled to one visit. Subsequent visits invoiced at standard Services rates.
• Late or non payment – may be forwarded to Tasmanian Debt Collectors & all collection fees will be added to the total amount.

Should you not agree with these terms and conditions, please contact your representative at Biomedics immediately, or before services commences.
